Dear Coach/Manager:

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

  1. All Tournament fees and final team rosters must be sent to the Tournament Director PRIOR to registration, no later than September 3rd. Any player not listed on the Tournament roster will not be granted permission to play by the Tournament Committee. No guest players are allowed. Fax team roster to 973-535-2765 or mail to P.O. Box 2419, Livingston, N.J. 07039. A photocopy of your official GotSoccer or US Club roster is acceptable.
  2. Game schedules, rules, and special announcements will be posted to our web site on or about September 5th. There will be no further mailings.
  3. MANDATORY team registration is Thursday, September 8th from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Toby Katz Community Center in West Orange, NJ. Directions can be found on the Tournament web site: www.eftt.net. Follow the directions for Lincoln Field. Park in the lot and follow the path on the right between the baseball field and the lake to the Katz Center.

TEAMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PLAY WITHOUT PRIOR REGISTRATION! ANY GAMES NOT PLAYED DUE TO FAILURE TO REGISTER WILL BE DECLARED A FORFEIT.

Note: One representative from a Club may register more than one team.

The Livingston (Heritage) and West Orange (Lincoln) Site Coordinators will accept game-day registration 45 minutes prior to the start of the first scheduled game time at the Heritage & Lincoln Headquarters Tents only. Game day registration will NOT be accepted at field locations other than the Heritage or Lincoln Headquarters. The Tournament Director MUST be notified by September 7th of this intention.

REGISTRATION AGENDA:

  1. Verification of official state rosters, player passes, and medical release forms.
  2. Ad Journals, patches, and giveaways will be distributed.

REGISTRATION CHECKLIST:

  1. Official team rosters certified by your state association (1 per team).
  2. Official USSF player passes (1 per player and coach).
  3. Medical release forms (1 per player).

We would like to remind you that the West Orange Soccer Club will be using their state-of-the-art turf fields for both small and large-sided play. No food or beverages may be brought onto this surface. Plastic squares will be provided for chair legs and we ask that you return them at the end of the day. Tournament personnel will be monitoring this situation at all times. Your support as Coach/Manager is greatly appreciated and the Tournament Committee wishes to thank you in advance.

Please be aware of the enclosed notice regarding parking regulations. This information must be disseminated to your team.

Other important items that we would like you to share with your supporters include our fundraising effort on behalf of The National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center Foundation, Inc. We will be conducting a fund-raising raffle for four (4) Adidas gift card packages of $250 each. Ten percent (10%) of the proceeds of the raffle will be donated to this important organization in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the World Trade Center disaster. Various merchandise vendors and food concessions will be available.
