Registration is now closed as of 8/15/08 since all possible team slots have been filled

You may download a Microsoft Word Document Format  version of our registration form.  Please follow the instructions enclosed in the registration form and send it into the address indicated on the form, with the payment for your team. ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO: ESSEX FALL TUNE-UP TOURNAMENT or EFTUT.

Completed application (MINUS approved team rosters ) and entry fees are all due no later than August 15th, 2008. They must include appropriate tournament fees in order to be considered complete.  Completed Team rosters must be submitted complete by August 31, 2008.
